We had a great time in East Wenatchee over the weekend. We visited Nick's best friend since age 8, Clayton and his wife, Shantay. We went to Hydro park and Taylor loved the water, as usual. Nick has a ball just throwing a frisbee, so being with Clayton made it a dream day at the Columbia River in beautiful Wenatchee! We had pizza, then went to the drive-in to see Pirates III - which I wasn't crazy about. But, I haven't been to a drive-in for a few years, so that was lotsa fun! We enjoy having a little SUV and all the extra space and functions :) (Our CRV even came with a picnic table stored inside!) On Sunday, we went to Nick's old ward and saw some wonderful friends, like Nick Warner - who my Nick had a great time reminiscing with - then we visited Grandpa Simon. He always gets a kick out of Taylor.
